When it comes to contemporary training and coaching concepts, these terms and requirements have recently shaped us more than almost anything else. Intensified by Covid-19, all content must also be digitally and remotely representable. In addition, there is the aspiration to coordinate projects in an efficient, manageable and transparent framework and to facilitate an exchange opportunity with(in) our partner network.
With the campus. Zulla, we create a moodle-based ecosystem that provides both didactic and organizational guidelines for sustainable learning and solution-oriented project management.
The added value for our customers: access to (online) learning content, overview of relevant milestones and project dates, data exchange of relevant documents and direct support for (subject-related) issues without a ticket system.

“Take 1” you could already hear early in the morning in Aach at the partner Autohaus Graf Hardenberg. In cooperation with kukuluru and VW Commercial Vehicles, a fantastic testimonial movie was created for our Germany-wide project “Team Nutzfahrzeuge”.
The movie provides insights into the everyday life of the Aacher “Team” and shows, how ideas are developed and promoted together and how daily life has changed through the strengthened esprit. But a movie says more than 1,000 words. Convince yourself of the result and take a look below!

Thanks to Kukuluru for the movie implementation and post-production, to the project leader Holger Weber from Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and, of course, to our aspiring movie stars from the south of the republic, the employees of the dealership.   

About 1 year and 34 locations later, we will close the “ISPA Next Transformation” chapter together with you!
We look back on intensive weeks full of technical preparation, personal cooperation on site and sustainable support beyond that. Together we trained, configured, wrote tickets and tried to achieve the maximum added value with the new system landscape and your individual service process.
After the digital transformation, is during continuous improvement. We are constantly working on new ideas, which we would like to implement together with you so that you can function as best as possible.
Of course, we are available to you as usual with questions, issues and other topics. We look forward to a continuous contact and wish all those who have placed their trust in us only the best and good health.

Some of you have probably already heard: The Team Nutzfahrzeuge program is being extended and is entering its second round. We are pleased that in 2022 we will be able to support new partners with our coaching approach in the formation of a cross-departmental team and the daily challenges of a retailer!
At this point, however, we would like to once again congratulate the dealers, who have already successfully completed the program this year.

At the beginning, representatives of the working group could still be there. However, due to the worsening corona situation, we later had to switch to a hybrid or complete online approach.

For a few weeks now, our lives have unfortunately been increasingly accompanied by bad news about the corona pandemic. We find it all the more important to also give positive reports a space.

In October, the commercial vehicles team at the Julius Franken car dealership in Hamm took the opportunity to hold their team event, which is an integral part of the program, and to spend an entertaining day together, including at the Hanover plant. It was a pleasure for us to see that such team-building events are also possible during Corona times (of course in compliance with the hygiene rules) and we are sure that we will be able to report positive news again next year.

Over the three-year term of the program, the employees of a trading company in Germany take part in up to 16 different coaching sessions […]. This strengthens the cooperation with the partner – for example between sales and service – but also teamwork with VWN. In 2018 the starting shot was fired for “TEAM Commercial Vehicles”, and by the end of 2021 a total of 52 trading partners across Germany will have completed the program. In Europe, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles companies from Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and Spain take part in the program.
